Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your account will still be active until the billing cycle you already paid for ends. You will be unsubscribed at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
When will I get billed?
Your billing cycle begins the day you purchase a paid plan for the first time. Your credit card will be charged every month/year.
Can I change plans at any time?
You can change between paid plans at any time, the amount will be adjusted for the next billing cycle.
How secure is this?
Recall Monitor is hosted on Google Cloud with industry standard SSL security. Your payments go through Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor using end-to-end encyption.
Are you a charity, or come from an under-privileged or a disadvantaged background?
Peace of mind should have no cost. The subscription fee keeps this service running, but we recognize not everyone is able to pay. Another way to support Recall Monitor is via spreading the word-of-mouth.
