Issue

On a small number of vehicles, connections on the brake pressure lines may have been over-tightened. As a result, brake fluid could leak and cause reduced braking. If this happens, you may experience a change in brake pedal feel and travel.

Reduced braking can cause increased stopping distances and create the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions

Audi will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the connections on the brake pressure lines and, if necessary, replace the affected brake pressure lines.
