Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Intertex LLC.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Intertex LLC for a repair kit that includes a free replacement capacitor and easy to follow instructions.

To register for the recall, consumers may visit the company's website. For more information, consumers can contact B-Air (Intertex LLC) toll free at 1-800-465-7300 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, or by email: [email protected].

Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website.

Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
