Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program project has revealed that these products do not meet the warning label requirements under the Charcoal Regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA). The Charcoal Regulations requires warning labels be in both French and English.B&B Charcoal Oak Hardwood Lump CharcoalThe affected products were sold from May 2019 to June 2021.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products if they still have it in their possession and contact Unbeatable Sale for instructions on how to properly use the product, if the products were purchased from Unbeatable Sale.
